Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution of the City Council declaring its intention to dissolve the <br />Seaport Centre Maintenance District and providing for other related matters, <br />including setting the date of January 11, 2021 for a public hearing; and <br />2. Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance of the City Council of the City <br />of Redwood City levying special taxes within the City of Redwood City <br />Community Facilities District No. 2020-21 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza). <br />CEQA: <br />Sections 15301 (Class 1.
