Staff is recommending that the <br /> Board reduce the assessed value of the property to the revised amount of $690,000.00 as <br /> previously recommended. <br /> <br /> Staffrecommends that the Board accept the revised appraised values reflected in the report. <br /> Approval of the recommendation will result in a net decrease of GID 1-64 revenue of <br /> approximately $88.00. <br /> <br /> M/S Hartnett/Howard to accept the revised appraised values in those cases in which the <br /> City and the property owners have agreed to a reduced value.
