B. PART 2 — Scope of Services -Optional Task 2.1 — Evaluate and Recommend Potential Solutions for Sanitary Sewer PS No. 19 Consultant shall develop and evaluate potential short-term and long-term solutions for the pumping issues reported by City operations and apparent at SSPS PS No. 19. This work will include a data request, data review, interviews with operations & maintenance staff, hydraulic analyses, and pump sizing. Consultant shall provide a Technical Memorandum (TM) summarizing the analyses and potential solutions at the conclusion of the project. The following necessary data and information will be provided by the City to the Consultant in order for the Consultant complete the above mentioned tasks. • Pump station record drawings ("as-builts") for original construction and subsequent improvements. • Electrical equipment information, including switchboards, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and motor control centers (MCCs). • Existing pump and other equipment cut sheets • Pump station flow information, including diurnals • Existing pressure data for pump stations Deliverables: Consultant shall provide the following: • Data Request (Electronic) • Meeting Minutes as needed (Electronic) • Technical Memo (TM) summarizing process and documenting potential solutions (Electronic) Schedule for Part 2 -Scope of Services Consultant shall begin the work upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed from the City Engineer or designee. Consultant shall perform this Part 2 Scope of Work within one month of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Budget for Part 2 -Scope of Services Consultant shall perform this Part 2 -Scope of Work a not -to -exceed amount of $13,253.00 as shown in Table 1, below.
