B. PART 2 — Scope of Services -Optional <br />Task 2.1 — Evaluate and Recommend Potential Solutions for Sanitary Sewer PS No. 19 <br />Consultant shall develop and evaluate potential short-term and long-term solutions for the <br />pumping issues reported by City operations and apparent at SSPS PS No. 19. This work <br />will include a data request, data review, interviews with operations & maintenance staff, <br />hydraulic analyses, and pump sizing. Consultant shall provide a Technical Memorandum <br />(TM) summarizing the analyses and potential solutions at the conclusion of the project. <br />The following necessary data and information will be provided by the City to the <br />Consultant in order for the Consultant complete the above mentioned tasks. <br />• Pump station record drawings ("as-builts") for original construction and subsequent <br />improvements. <br />• Electrical equipment information, including switchboards, variable frequency <br />drives (VFDs), and motor control centers (MCCs). <br />• Existing pump and other equipment cut sheets <br />• Pump station flow information, including diurnals <br />• Existing pressure data for pump stations <br />Deliverables: <br />Consultant shall provide the following: <br />• Data Request (Electronic) <br />• Meeting Minutes as needed (Electronic) <br />• Technical Memo (TM) summarizing process and documenting potential solutions <br />(Electronic) <br />Schedule for Part 2 -Scope of Services <br />Consultant shall begin the work upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed from the City <br />Engineer or designee.
