Lagoon Management Plan. <br />Contractor shall review current and future updates to the Lagoon Management <br />Plan and adapt practices to ensure maintenance operations are in accordance at <br />all times. <br />Communication Protocols. <br />Contractor shall demonstrate a high level of accountability and communication <br />throughout the term of the Agreement. Contractor shall notify City's designee each <br />day prior to work being conducted on the Redwood Shores Lagoon. Notifications <br />shall be made to City staff if there is an expected deviation from the Weekly Work <br />Plan. Residents with issues or concerns related to management of the Lagoon shall <br />be directed to contact City staff for follow-up by the Utilities Specialist or Supervisor. <br />k. Coordination. <br />Contractor shall communicate and coordinate its chemical treatment schedule with <br />the City's independent water quality monitoring / sampling Contractor (and City's <br />Utilities Specialist) by providing advance notice of a minimum 48 -hours prior to any <br />chemical treatments to allow for pre-treatment sampling and 24-hour notice <br />following treatments for post-treatment water sampling in compliance with the <br />City's Water Quality Monitoring Plan, also contained in the City draft Lagoon <br />Management Plan: Redwood Shores Lagoon, July 2003 <br />(http://www.redwoodcity.org/home/showdocument?id=1802). <br />Working Day <br />The Contractor's working day activities shall be limited to the hours between 7:00 a.m. <br />and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No work shall be conducted on City observed <br />holidays.
