24. Warranty and Maintenance. Cleverciti shall provide repair and maintenance <br />services as described in Exhibit "C" ("Services and Warranty Terms'). <br />Cleverciti shall at minimum provide technical support via telephone Monday through <br />Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Cleverciti shall provide on-site technical support <br />within 48 hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Cleverciti shall <br />ensure the availability of current manuals and shall provide all manuals or documentation <br />for any future upgraded or new services. <br />25. Notices.
