g) Scheduled maintenance may occur between 11 pm and 4 am PST (Pacific <br />Standard Time) Monday through Sunday without advance notification. City will be <br />informed about scheduled maintenance that occurs outside of this window at least <br />one business day in advance. <br />h) Factors beyond the control of the Contractor, such as unexpected delays in parts, <br />accidents, and severe weather will be thoroughly documented and reported to the <br />City the next business day. The City may grant relief for the service hour <br />requirement after reviewing these factors. <br />i) Remedies: In the event the target resolution times as specified in this Exhibit are <br />missed multiple times in a month, at City's option, a steering board meeting will be <br />held including senior representatives from both City and Contractor. At this <br />meeting, Contractor will present the underlying cause of the poor performance and <br />identify potential solutions. The City and Contractor must then mutually agree on <br />any changes that are necessary to improve performance.
