By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Design Professional Agreement for <br />engineering services and environmental review with Craftwater Engineering Inc. for the Regional <br />Stormwater Capture Project at Red Morton Park in the amount of $1,113,333; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution accepting a U.S. Water Quality Improvement Fund award of $200,000 from the <br />United States Environmental Protection Agency via the County Of San Mateo; accepting a grant award of <br />$913,333 from the California Natural Resources Agency; authorizing the City Manager to execute the grant <br />agreements and related contract documents; and increasing the capital outlay fund revenue and <br />expenditure budgets by $1,113,333. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />On June 24, 2019, the City Council adopted the Green Infrastructure (GI) Plan intended to reduce pollution <br />in stormwater flowing to the San Francisco Bay.
