6.B. - Page 3 of 24 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for the general work in the Seaport Centre Maintenance District (SCMD) were previously approved <br />and appropriated in the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Division budget as Seaport Centre Capital Replacement <br />Program, which has an available balance of $467,135, as of October 2020. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose not to award the professional services agreement and direct staff to solicit <br />new proposals.
