There was no public comment. <br />Mayor Howard closed the public hearing. <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a public hearing regarding dissolution of the Seaport Centre Maintenance <br />District and adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />dissolving the Seaport Centre Maintenance District and providing for other <br />related matters. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities; Class 2. Replacement or <br />Reconstruction; Class 4. Minor Alterations to Land; and Class 11. Accessory <br />Structures <br />Motion and second, Smith and Gee, to adopt a resolution of the City Council <br />of the City of Redwood City dissolving the Seaport Centre Maintenance <br />District and providing for other related matters, passes unanimously by roll <br />call vote. <br />8.A.
