<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services is to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Agreement: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(Green Environment, Inc.) <br /> <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Monitoring and Reporting for NPDES Permit <br />Compliance for Groundwater Treatment System for City's Underground Parking Facility <br />at 850 Jefferson Avenue, Redwood City, CA" ("Proposal") dated December 26, 2007 is <br />attached to this Exhibit A and is incorporated by this reference.
