Adopt a resolution to vacate right-of-way being a portion of Maple Street; <br />2. By motion, approve the final map for the development at 1548 Maple Street; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a land exchange agreement with 1548 <br />Maple, LLC; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a minor amendment to the <br />development agreement with 1548 Maple, LLC; <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a subdivision improvement agreement <br />with 1548 Maple, LLC; <br />6. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement <br />with 1548 Maple, LLC; and <br />7.
