8.A. - Page 3 of 154 <br />described within the proposed minor amendment to the DA. The developer's engineer has prepared off- <br />site plans for the complete extension of Blomquist Road as required by the terms of the DA. <br />The developer, 1548 Maple LLC, has posted Performance and Labor Security Bonds in the amount of <br />$19,859,000 and $7,022,000 as required by the Subdivision Improvement Agreement. The developer <br />anticipates completion of all improvements by the end of 2022. All work associated with the project is <br />being paid for by the developer, within the terms specified in the DA. <br />Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's) were reviewed by staff. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />On May 7, 2018, City Council adopted a resolution certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report for <br />the 1548 Maple Street Project, adopting CEQA findings and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, <br />in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Pursuant to the California Streets & Highway Code, Section 8320 et seq., the City published and posted <br />notice of this public hearing as required. Notices were published in the Daily Journal on January 25, 2021, <br />and February 1, 2021. At least two notices were conspicuously posted, no more than 300 feet apart, at <br />the site of the proposed vacation.
