firehouses. Genius! With this proposed office space/housing
there should be additional fire services and EMT support. Who will respond in a large disaster?
Four schools were closed in the last few years. Where will the children who live in these new
housing units go to school?
What are WE the existing taxpayers getting in return? Nothing except terrible traffic, red-light
runners, beggars on street corners, overworked infrastructure,
increased pollution, etc. We are getting increased homeless encampments abound in many
areas with awful trash, debris and pollution from
feces and urine sinking into our soil and water. If you think that is o.k., it is NOT!
Are there new parks.... NO. Are there any beautification projects NO! Look closely at your City,
the downtown streets are dirty and downtown has become uninviting.
Sequoia Station needs NO housing units. Sequoia Station needs NO office spaceM Do a better job
for Redwood City, use common sense and good judgement
and say NO to this Sequoia Station development proposal.
Sincerely,
Kris Forbes
