Resumes of MHAI RMT's key team members are enclosed as Attachment 2. Scope of Services MHA I RMT will prepare an IS using the CEQA Environmental Checklist (Appendix G of the CEQA Guidelines). The proposed project will be evaluated against each of the 16 environmental parameters and the mandatory findings of significance identified on the Checklist. The form and scope of the IS will reflect the City of Redwood City's accepted practices (which will be relayed to MHA I RMT in the project initiation meeting). MHA I RMT's approach to preparation of the IS will be to base the analyses, to the extent possible, on existing environmental and project data. Potential existing data sources include: . Reports and studies prepared by or on behalf of the applicant for the proposed project . Other Initial Studies and EIRs prepared for recent development projects in the vicinity of the project site Following completion of the IS, MHA I RMT will prepare an EIR that will address those environmental parameters identified in the IS that present the potential for significant impacts. MHA I RMT will consult with City staff to confirm the parameters to address in the EIR. The following elements will be utilized to guide preparation of the IS and EIR. Element 1: Project Initiation, Definition, Initial Study, and Scoping Element 1 is designed to initiate MHA I RMT's effort to prepare the project's EIR. Element 1.1. Review Pertinent Project Data and Site Reconnaissance: MHAI RMT will conduct a review of all pertinent data related to the proposed project and its implementation.
