As of February 13, 2009, Task 1 had taken more than 11 months of time and a budget of $83,332, exceeding the estimated budget by $66,166. RMT will be absorbing $10,000 of this cost, so the remaining out of scope costs for Task 1 total $56,166. The additional time on Task 1 was spent on the following tasks: Out of Scope Tasks in Task 1 Cost Task 1: Project Definition. The extended time and effort required to obtain complete project information from the applicant, deem the application complete, and complete the project description, This effort included approximately 386 data requests and communication through em ail messages (70 emails to Heather Bradley, 197 em ails to Sailesh Mehra, 23 em ails to the senior City staff team, 90 emails to John Ward and/or Roland Haga, 6 emails to the City Engineering Division) and an unknown number hone calls with Ci staff and/or the ro'ect a licant. $56,568 $46,568 Task 1: Additional Peer Review. The need for additional rounds of peer review of successive iterations of the applicant' ~ various technical reports, including project management time for communication and review of technical reports and peer review reports. This amount includes $3,080 for our biological resources sub consultant, $5,398 for our hydrology staff, and $1,120 for RMT staff ro'ect mana ement. $9,598 Task 1 is now considered complete. Task 2 The RMT team is currently working on Task 2 - preparation of the Administrative Draft EIR - and this task is approximately 70% complete. The remaining tasks under Task 2 include: .
