Red Morton Park Regional Stormwater Capture Project <br />Redwood City, CA <br />TITLE <br />TITLE <br />1-4 Control Panel Details 1-6 Network Diagram <br />1-5 PLC Network Details <br />Task 6.2. 60% PS&E <br />For the 60% design submittal, the project team will develop plans to the 60% level overall. Approximately 90% of the final <br />design drawings will be developed to some degree and many will be nearly complete. All elements shown and checked <br />within disciplines. All specification sections will be drafted in accordance with the City's requirements and checked by the <br />discipline lead checker. 30% City review comments agreed upon will be incorporated. Prior to submission, an internal <br />QA/QC review will be conducted. <br />Hardcopies and digital electronic files of 60% plans, specifications, and cost estimate will be submitted. <br />A 60% Design Workshop will be convened at a location to be named by the City, with the availability of teleconferencing <br />the supporting design team, approximately two (2) weeks following receipt of the 60% Design Submittal. A review and <br />comment matrix will be compiled, as described above. <br />The team will support the City with any presentations relevant to the City Commission and/or Council. <br />Task 6.3.90% PS&E <br />For the 90% design submittal, the team will develop plans with all elements shown and checked within disciplines. All <br />specification sections will be drafted and checked by the discipline lead checker. 60% City review comments agreed upon <br />will be incorporated. Prior to submission, an internal QA/QC review will be conducted. <br />Hardcopies and digital electronic files of 90% plans, specifications, and cost estimate will be submitted. <br />A 90% Design Workshop will be convened at a location to be named by the City, with the availability of teleconferencing <br />the supporting design team, approximately two (2) weeks following receipt of the 90% Design Submittal. A review and <br />comment matrix will be compiled, as described above. <br />The team will support the City with any presentations relevant to a City Commission and/or Council. <br />Task 6.4. Final PS&E <br />For the 100% (final) design submittal, the project team will incorporate review comments from the City and from the <br />interdisciplinary check, QA/QC review, constructability review, and provide a complete set of plans and specifications <br />suitable for the bid phase of the project. Drawings will conform to the Redwood City Standards and will be stamped by a <br />registered civil engineer in the State of California. Project specifications and cost estimates will be stamped with the <br />original signature and stamped by a registered civil engineer. <br />One (1) set of hard copies on bond paper will be provided to the City. In addition, the project team will provide the City <br />with the following: electronic AutoCAD files on CD; CD with specification Microsoft (MS) Word files and PDFs; and a <br />construction cost estimate in MS Excel format. Final deliverables can be modified at the discretion of the City. <br />Task 6.5. Calculations <br />The Consultant will develop calculations for dry- and wet -weather storm flow and sizing of hydraulic structures to <br />accommodate up to 50 -year flood conditions.
