<br />funding comes from CaIHFA's Residential Development Loan Program (RDLP). This program is <br />designed to help communities expand infill development for affordable owner-occupied housing. <br /> <br />There is a total of $20 million available to California cities, counties, housing authorities, <br />redevelopment agencies and community development commissions.
