<br />Mr. Peter Vorametsanti <br />May 14, 2009 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Fee per Additional Model Run <br />To date, CIty staff has provided three different versions of the 2009 General Plan IIProJect" land <br />use data, only two of which TJKM converted Into the model format and used In model runs to <br />produce forecasts. With those two IIProJect" model runs, plus two model runs (one each) for the <br />ICReduced Build Out" and "Sustainable Streetcar Neighborhoods" General Plan alternatives, TJKM <br />has to date completed four of the six model fore<;ast scenario runs Included In our scope of work. <br />We expect to perform a model run for the "Cumulative" General Plan scenario soon, which <br />would leave one remaining model run available within the work scope. <br /> <br />If the City requests additional model runs for different land use or roadway network scenarios, <br />TJKM's proposed fee per additional model runs Is $5,000 each. <br /> <br />Total Contract Amendment Budget <br />Based on the tasks and associated charges itemized above, TJKM proposes a total contract <br />amendment budget of $76,250 ~ an additional $5,000 for each additional model run that City <br />staff may choose to aJlow for in this contract amendment. <br /> <br />Please let me know If you have any questions or If you wish to discuss anything in greater detail. <br /> <br />Regards, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Jla Hao Wu, Ph.D. <br />Director of Modeling Services <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Richard K.
