Instead of requesting new bids each quarter for this project, staff devetoped a <br /> Request for Propasal (RFP} and worked with the City Clerk's Office to announce th€s <br /> opportunity thraugh the newspapers. We received one bid, and the vendor that submit�ed the <br /> bid has been the one that we've woriced with in ihe past.
