Retro�ts will occur as each property owner agrees to convert to recycled water for landscape irrigation and industrial uses. Status: Retrofit Bid Package 1 (18 commercial sites in the Redwood Shores area) was 10Q% canstructed for the 2007 irrigation season. Retrofit Bid Package 2 wil! be avaiiable for bidding in May 2008. Bid Package 7 (see attached map) is the seventh distribution pipeline construction project and is part of the delivery system of recycled water to fihe Seaport area. The proposed Bid Package 7 continues the construction of the main transmission piping system along Seaport Boulevard that began in Bid Packages 5 and 6 at Blomquist Street. Piping wiil also be irrstalled along East Bayshore Road and connec#ions made to the comp{eted Bikepath Pipeline and Bid Package 4 projects. More than 3,7001inear feet of 24-inch diameter PVC pipe will be cons#ructed in approximately six months. Campletion of the proposed work and one short link of transmission piping from Bid Package 8 wi8 allow delivery of recycled water to the Seaport area.
