Ali Lessee improvements or equipmen# mavad to the assigned premise must be <br /> schedufed with the Lessar at least iwa days before the Lessee impravements or <br /> equipment move. Befare the Lessee impravements, Lessee must provide fhe Lessor a <br /> copy of an acceptable cantractor insurance. l.essee wiil be liabie for ai! dameges to <br /> Courthause Square that may arise fram the Lessee improvements or equipment move. <br /> 11. The deiivery area for Courthouse Square is the foading zone ivcated along Hamilton and <br /> Middlefield between Broadway and Marshall, between the hours o# 6 AM and 12 PM, <br /> everyday. No vehicles or trudcs are allowed on Courthouse Square without written <br /> permission from fhe City. <br /> 12. AN materiafs used in cannection with the aiterati�n or refurbishment of the Premises, <br /> including, without limitafion, paint, carpet waEl or window coverings, carpet glues and other <br /> chemicals, shall be subject ta the City's prior written approval. <br /> 13. Lessee shauld notify #he City when it pfans to have Pest Controf perfarmed in the <br /> Premises. Lessee sE�ould request a copy of all Materials Safety Data Forms far all <br /> materials used from Contractor performing the work. <br /> 14. Lessee will nat bring, generate, treat, store, or dispose of any chemicals, materials or their <br /> potential polfution sources without the City's prior consent. <br /> 15. Lessee will comply with #he City's 4rdinances and other government regulations. <br /> 16. Restroom facilities provided to Lessee are for the use of the Lessee employees, <br /> customers, and the genera! public. <br /> 17. Each Lessee shal! cooperate with the Lessar in keeping the Premises neat and clean. <br /> No#hing shali be swept ar thrown onto Courihouse Square,fountains, stairways, corridors, <br /> or elevator shafts except#he designated trash and recycling containers provided by both <br /> the City and Lessee. <br /> 18. ln arder to coordinate all garbage serv9ce and cleaning of Premise, Lessee should natify <br /> the Lessor of name, times and scope of work of cantracfed janitoriat services. The Lessor <br /> will provide the appropriate access and provide guidelines to the use of garbage areas <br /> and the Lessar's recycling programs. <br /> 99. Employees of the Lessor shall not perform any work or do anything outside of their <br /> regular duties affecting the assigned Premises unless under special instructions from the <br /> Lessor and no employees shall admit any person, Lessee or otherwiss, to any Lessee <br /> space without specific instrucfion from the Lessor. <br /> 20. Lessor reserves the right by writfen notice to Lessee to reasonably rescind, alter or waive <br /> any Rule or Regulation, or ta enact additional Rules and Regulations at any time when in <br /> the Lessor's judgment, for the safety, protection, care and cieanliness of the concession <br /> spaces, the operation thereof, the preservafion of good order therefn, and the pratection <br /> and comfort of its Lessees, their agents, employees and invitees. <br /> ATTYlAGR/2007.067 <br />
