Hopper, Principal of the firm, RKH Civil and Transportation Engineering, is a duly <br />licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California (# 18928), a duly licensed Traffic Engineer in <br />the State of California (#1425), and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (#200) as <br />licensed by the Transportation Professional Certification Board, Inc., Washington, D.C. This <br />Notice of Licensure is provide in accordance with 9463.5, Title 16, CCR. <br /> <br />In accordance with 96749 of the State of California Business and Professions Code RKH <br />herewith presents this proposal to provide traffic engineering services for the work described <br />below. Signing, dating, and returning a copy of the Offer/Acceptance page to RKH constitutes a <br />binding contract, the provisions of which are included in the Attachment to this proposal. <br /> <br />PROJECT DEFINITION: The City of Redwood City [CLIENT] is requesting an update to a <br />previous study on the site of the Redwood Baptist Church at 2323 Euclid Avenue. The proposed <br />use includes a K-12 school and child care facility. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Base Traffic Data. <br /> <br />A. RKH will obtain mid-week, peak period (7-9 a.m. and 2-6 p.m.) turning <br />movement counts at the following intersections: <br /> <br />1) Connecticut Drive & church driveway <br />2) McGarvey Avenue & Euclid A venue <br />3) McGarvey Avenue & Connecticut Drive <br />4) McGarvey Avenue & Roosevelt A venue <br />5) Connecticut Avenue & Roosevelt Avenue <br />6) McGarvey Avenue & Roosevelt School driveway <br /> <br />B. RKH will conduct a field review of the study area streets and intersections to <br />inventory intersection controls, on-street parking, posted speed limits and <br />pedestrian facilities. <br /> <br />837 Columba Lane .
