<br />Woodside Hills Christian Academy, Redwood City <br />Proposal to Provide Traffic Engineering Services <br /> <br />5. Attendance at public meetings not specified in the Scope of Basic Services. The fee to <br />attend a public meeting will be $480.00 per meeting. <br /> <br />6. Preparation of a Transportation Demand Management Plan. <br /> <br />7. Construction plan checking. <br /> <br />8. Construction review. <br /> <br />9. Periodic status reports. <br /> <br />PERIOD OF SERVICE <br /> <br />1. RKH shall complete the Basic Services within 21 days of receipt of all new traffic count <br />data following the date of the signed Acceptance of Proposal! Authorization to Proceed. <br />Collection of new traffic count data is dependent upon fair weather and should not be <br />done any time during the last two weeks in December, 2007, or the first week in January, <br />2008, because of the influence of seasonal, holiday traffic. <br /> <br />2. Changes in the project, extra work and delays not caused by RKH shall be cause for <br />adjustment in the time of completion. <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />1. For Basic Services the fee will be $11,195.00 billed on a monthly basis in proportion to <br />the work completed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt. <br /> <br />The fee is broken down as follows: <br /> <br />Traffic data collection <br />Draft report <br />Final report <br />Public Meeting <br /> <br />$4,945 <br />5,240 <br />530 <br />480 <br />$11,195 <br /> <br />2.
