<br />Woodside Hills Christian Academy, Redwood City <br />Proposal to Provide Traffic Engineering Services <br /> <br />5. Site Access, Circulation and Parking. <br /> <br />A. RKH will evaluate the project's compliance with City zoning and parking <br />requirements as prescribed in the current City Code. <br /> <br />B. RKH will evaluate site access at the Connecticut Drive and Euclid Avenue <br />driveways taking into consideration comer sight distance and queuing. <br /> <br />C. RKH will evaluate on-site circulation with respect to student and child drop off <br />and pick up and will evaluate the expected parking demand for staff and parents <br />with respect to the available on-site parking supply. <br /> <br />D. RKH will evaluate and identify safe routes to the school/day care facility and will <br />recommend, where appropriate, turn restrictions at key intersections and <br />driveways. <br /> <br />6. Draft Report. RKH will prepare a draft report with text and graphics which will contain <br />the traffic impact analysis, findings, conclusions and recommendations for mitigating <br />identified traffic impacts. RKH will submit the draft report to the city for review and <br />comment. <br /> <br />7. Final Report. Upon receipt of written comments on the draft report, RKH will prepare <br />the final report. The final report will be submitted to the city for use in the project review <br />and approval process. <br /> <br />8. Public Meeting. RKH will attend one public meeting on the project. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />The following are services outside of and in addition to those described as Basic Services: <br /> <br />1. Extra work due to changes in the project, delays, work not specifically described in the <br />Basic Services, and all other causes not the fault of RKH; <br /> <br />2. Changes in documents after approval and/or acceptance; <br /> <br />3. Collection and evaluation of new traffic data not specified in the Basic Services; <br /> <br />4.
