The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby incorporated <br />herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 34 and 41 of the Redwood City Zoning <br />Ordinance, ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 17 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD <br />CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED (the "Zoning Map"), is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />That a portion of the uninhabited property (Assessor's Parcel Number 068-320- <br />340) located at Parking Lot 3 of the Canada College campus, currently in the <br />Town of Woodside, referenced and identified in Attachment "A", is hereby zoned <br />R-3 ("Multi-Family Low Density Residential") Zoning District. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. The proposed zoning shall become effective at the same time that the <br />annexation becomes effective, but not earlier than thirty (30) days after the adoption of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Pursuant to California Government Code section 56375, the proposed zoning <br />shall be in place for a period of two years after the completion of the annexation proceedings. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
