The construction support services contract under which
Kennedy/Jenks had been providing startup services to both SBSA and the City was funded
through the end of May 2007. This current proposal has been developed in response to a
request from both the City and SBSA that a new contract be established between the City and
Kennedy/Jenks as a vehicle for funding the following services:
1. As-needed startup support services for the period between 25 February 2008 and
30 June 2008 (18 weeks)
2. Engineering support services related to warranty items requiring modification, as identified
during a meeting held 1 October 2007 between the City, Whitley-Burchett, Kennedy/Jenks,
and the Covello Group.
3.
