Ezell <br />Mach 26, 2008 <br /> <br />Task 4: Prepare Application Requirements <br /> <br />WBA will fill out Attachments 1 through 11 as well as an Online Application in the FAAST State <br />website. <br /> <br />Task 4.1: Prepare Attachments <br /> <br />WBA will prepare Attachments 1 through 11 (with the exception of Attachment 1 and 8). A list of <br />the Attachment titles is as follows: <br /> <br />Attachment 2: Goals, objectives and priorities <br />Attachment 3: Technical scientific merit and feasibility <br />Attachment 4: Project plan and description <br />Attachment 5: Monitoring and evaluation <br />Attachment 6: Project cost tables <br />Attachment 7: Project benefits <br />Attachment 9: Qualification of cooperators <br />Attachment 10: Outreach, community involvement and acceptance <br />Attachment 11: Innovation <br /> <br />Task 4.2: Fill Out Online Application <br /> <br />WBA will fill out online application in the SWRCB FAAST website. <br /> <br />Task 5: Project Management <br /> <br />WBA will participate in meetings and conference calls with the Redwood City team (for <br />budgetary purposes 2 meetings and 2 conference calls are assumed), provide quality <br />assurance and control in final deliverables and coordinate with the SWRCB on grant application <br />updates. <br /> <br />BUDGET <br /> <br />The proposed budget (Attachment 1) for Step 1 and 2 of the grant application are $24,000 and <br />$30,000 respectively.
