Maintain a system for logging and tracking CLs. <br /> 7. Field Orders (FO) and Field Directives (FD) <br /> a. Maintain a system for logging and tracking FOs and FDs. <br /> 8. Change Order Preparation <br /> a. Maintain a system for logging and tracking changes. <br /> 9. Progress Payments <br /> a. Verify the quantity and acceptability of stored materials. <br /> b. Verify the Contractor's construction progress as it relates <br /> to the progress payments. <br /> c. Provide recommendations for payment to Redwood City. <br /> III. Special Inspections, Testing <br /> A. Schedule and coordinate special inspections, materials testing. <br /> B. Redwood City will contract for all special services including: <br /> a. Hazardous materials inspections, testing or consultations. <br /> b. Concrete quality control and testing <br /> c. Soils testing <br /> d. Geotechnical services <br /> C. Redwood City will contract for all other design related services. <br /> III. Project Closeout <br /> A. The Contractor will furnish record documents, which Covello will turn over <br /> to DC for conforming and final issuance to Redwood City. <br /> B. The Contractor will furnish system Operation & Maintenance Manuals. <br /> C. Final Inspection and Punch List <br /> 1. Redwood City will participate and provide input on final <br /> inspection. <br /> 2. DC will provide design input on final inspection items. <br /> a. Covello will prepare and issue the punchlist with input from <br /> Redwood City. <br /> b. Covello and Redwood City will verify jointly that the <br /> punchlist work has been completed. <br /> IV.
