<br />April 28, 2008 <br /> <br />Javier Sierra - Project Engineer <br />Community Development Services <br />Page 2 of3 <br /> <br />Base map topographic survey will extend 100 feet past street intersections in <br />all directions. <br />Survey stationing will be provided as recommended by the City. <br />Contours will be indicated at a one-foot interval. <br />Redwood City elevation datum will be used (as supplied by City) <br /> <br />We will contract with an aerial consultant to help provide plans related to establishing <br />visible features and line-work only. All elevations will be based upon an on-the-ground <br />field survey. <br /> <br />PROJECT FEES AND MAN-HOURS - The following personnel (with abbreviations) <br />will provide services for the project: <br /> <br />Principal PR <br />Two-Person Survey Crew SC <br />Project Surveyor PS <br />Surveying Technician ST <br />CAD Drafter CAD <br /> <br />The following tasks will be required to provide the final plans. Below each task is an <br />estimate of the man-hours required for that task keyed to the personnel listed above. <br /> <br />Right-of-way, bench mark, property line coordination <br />ST: 10 hrs. <br />Coordination with aerial consultant. <br />PS: 4 hrs. <br />Field topographic surveying <br />SC: 90 hrs. <br />Computer processing of field data into AutoCAD format and processing of <br />City Block Book information. <br />PS: 10 hrs. <br />AutoCAD drafting: <br />CAD: 74 hrs. <br />Project management, quality control, and plan checking. <br />PR: 6 hrs. <br />PS: 12 hrs. <br /> <br />The fee for our services will be $ 34,300.00. The fee for each segment is approximately <br />itemized in the table on Page 3. <br /> <br />- <br />
