<br />5.38 <br />serving as City Manager, the Council is desirous for Mr. Ingram to continue to serve as the Page 2 <br />Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />Mr. Ingram will be paid $17,625.00 per month, plus the standard benefits offered to other <br />executive management employees. This salary is competitive with similarly sized cities in <br />the Bay Area. Mr. Ingram will also receive a City contribution of 4% of base salary into a <br />deferred compensation account subject to IRS guidelines. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br /> <br />1. Do not approve the attached Employment Agreement for Mr. Ingram and ask the <br />subcommittee to renegotiate the terms and conditions of the agreement. <br />2. Direct staff to begin an alternate recruitment process. <br />3.
