These tasks include managing <br />in-house staff and subconsultants; monitoring the scope, schedule and budget; planning and <br />monitoring project activities; and preparing monthly budget ~tatus reports including invoices for <br />serVices. <br /> <br />Task 1.1 - Work Plan and Monthly Invoices/Status Reports <br /> <br />Consultant shall prepare a work plan for the project, including a quality assurance plan. <br />Consultant shall also prepare monthly invoices, including a brief summary of the project status <br />with each invoice. The status report will include an update ofthe work being performed, and the <br />status (originally planned, projected and achieved) of individual customer retrofits with respect <br />to engineering and construction cost and water usage. The consultant will co-ordinate with the <br />City's Finance Department to develop an approach and document format for the cost and water <br />usage.
