<br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals for <br />doing all the work involved in fabricating and installing banners correctly as required by <br />this Scope of Services, and at locations as directed by the City. <br /> <br />1) "TYPE A" BANNER ("Downtown WOW") shall be: <br />a) 20 oz. weight vinyl and black-out type fabric <br />b) double-stitched and glued <br />c) fabricated and installed in the size and configuration as shown on drawing <br />(Exhibit B) <br />d) digitally printed with ultra-violet (UV) resistant ink in full-color double-sided full- <br />bleed art to be provided by City in digital format (Adobe Illustrator or Adobe <br />Acrobat file) <br />e) fabricated, delivered and installed within three weeks of the execution of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Sixty-seven (67) banners are to be produced in accordance with "Graphics Table <br />No.1," attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Contractor shall remove existing bracket poles top and bottom, place rubber pads <br />between the existing light pole and existing bracket poles to prevent rotation of bracket <br />pole in wind, reinstall bracket poles on the light pole and install new banners on the <br />modified bracket poles. <br /> <br />2) "TYPE B" BANNER ("Theatre Way") shall be: <br />a) 20 oz. weight vinyl and black-out type fabric <br />b) double-stitched and glued <br />c) fabricated and installed in the size and configuration as shown on drawing <br />(Exhibit B) <br />Settlement Agr Tango Graphics <br />041508 <br /> <br />7 <br />
