<br />d) digitally printed with ultra-violet (UV) resistant ink in full-color double-sided full- <br />bleed art to be provided by City in digital format (Adobe Illustrator or Adobe <br />Acrobat file), including REFLECTIVE LETTERING <br />e) fabricated, delivered and installed within three weeks of the execution of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Forty-two (42) banners are to be produced in accordance with "Graphics Table No. <br />1," attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Contractor shall remove existing bracket poles top and bottom, place rubber pads <br />between the existing light pole and existing bracket poles to prevent rotation of <br />bracket pole in wind, reinstall bracket poles on the light pole and install new banners <br />on the modified bracket poles. <br /> <br />3) Locations: General locations are indicated on Table NO.1.
