Association wrote that the restoration of the County Courthouse will appreciated <br /> by future generations of community leaders, business people and historians. <br /> <br /> Public Comment: <br /> John Anagnostou stated that the Fox Theatre is also looking at bringing the <br /> original lighting back in place utilizing a computerized system. He encouraged the <br /> City to approve the lighting plan. <br /> <br /> M/S Ruskin/Pieme to approve: <br /> 1. The use of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as the material to replicate the <br /> Colusa Sandstone on the building; <br /> 2. The addition of "event lighting" Scheme B, as part of the design package <br /> ($165,000); <br /> 3. An Amendment for Phase II of the contract with DES Architect's & Engineers <br /> to prepare construction/demolition documents for a not to exceed amount of <br /> $316,900; <br /> <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 02-345 <br /> <br />9. STAFF REPORTS- <br /> <br /> A. Ordinance eliminating the existing time limit on incurring debt for the <br /> Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No.2; (301) <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Ira explained that this action would allow for more flexibility to incur <br /> debt as needed and use debt for infrastructure improvement to spur development <br /> in those particular areas. <br /> <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Keith Bautista stated that this action would enable the City to continue to do the <br /> improvements and support projects.
