Ordinance eliminating the existing time limit on incurring debt for the <br /> Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No.2; (301) <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Ira explained that this action would allow for more flexibility to incur <br /> debt as needed and use debt for infrastructure improvement to spur development <br /> in those particular areas. <br /> <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Keith Bautista stated that this action would enable the City to continue to do the <br /> improvements and support projects.
