Joint Study Session on Downtown Issues Presentation by Michael Freedman followed by discussion of Block 2 development scenarios and design issues, as well as discussion of opportunities to link Downtown, the train station and Sequoia Station. Downtown Manager Moeller stated that over the next few weeks, the Council would be reviewing the proposed amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) for the Retail-Cinema Project. Also, in the next few weeks, the Planning Commission will begin reviewing the proposed Downtown Area Plan. The Council, Planning Commission and Amhitectural Review Committee over the next few months, in the DDA is approved for the Retail-Cinema project, have the opportunity to begin reviewing the plans for the project.
