<br />It is assumed that City shall pay all fees associated with utility services. RMC services <br />do not include environmental documentation or permitting, though RMC can provide <br />these services, as required, as an optional task. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />. Workshop agenda and minutes <br />· Draft Preliminary Design TM <br />. Final Preliminary Design TM (following review meeting) <br /> <br />Task 4 - Initial Design (65% Design Submittal) <br />The recommended pl'oj ect components, as modified by the City following review of the <br />preliminary design, will be carried forward to 60% design. <br /> <br />Subtask 4.1 - Prepare 65% Design <br />RMC will prepare the following drawing elements for 65% Design: <br />. General drawings including title sheet, list of drawings, vicinity and location map, <br />symbols and abbreviations <br />. Plan views, enclosure elevations, profiles and cross sections of major facilities <br />and pipelines <br />. Constmction notes and details for major project components <br />. Utility connection points <br />. Major component draft specifications <br />. Specification Table of Contents <br /> <br />It is assumed that the generator set, pumps, electrical power, and SCADA equipment will <br />be housed in a pre-engineered stmcture with a slab-on-grade (no engineered building <br />designed as pmt of this contract). Enclosure is assumed to be a pre-engineered structure <br />(not designed by RMC or RMC's sub consultants, but specified in the contract <br />documents). <br /> <br />Design submittal will also include: <br />. Estimated Constmction Schedule <br />· Manufacturer cutsheets and product literature <br />. Engineering calculations <br />. Constmction Cost Estimate <br /> <br />Additional assumptions: <br /> <br />· Existing pumps and motors are reused (not replaced) <br />· Electrical fee assumes no change in the existing pump station control <br />scheme. <br />· Detailed control/electrical schematics will be provided only for the <br />pumping system <br />
