<br />· Interface to SCADA limited to identifying circuits to I/O points and I/O <br />list. Details ofRTU panel, addressing, programming, control scheme <br />development is not included. It is assumed that the City's SCADA <br />consultant will design and specify these elements, including all SCADA- <br />related equipment and antennas, and will provide RMC with space <br />requirements so that this equipment can be located in the electrical panel <br />and powered appropriately. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />. Six (6) sets of 65% Design Package, as defined above <br /> <br />Task 5 - Final Design (100% Design Submittal) <br /> <br />Subtask 5.1 - Prepare 100% Design <br />100% Design Submittal will incorporate City comments on 65% Design, and will be <br />amended to include the following (in addition to 65% Design components): <br />. Demolition, <br />· Grading and paving plans <br />· General notes <br />· Structural/architectural drawings <br />. Electrical drawings <br />· Connection, electrical and stmctural details <br />· Technical specifications <br />· Revised Construction Cost Estimate <br />· Revised Estimated Construction Schedule <br /> <br />100% submittal will be signature~ready. <br /> <br />Subtask 5.2 - Prepare Bid Documents <br />Final bid documents will incorporate City comments on the 100% Design Submittal and <br />will be wet-stamped and signed by the responsible engineer. <br /> <br />Subtask 5.3 - Outside Agency Coordination and Permitting <br />RMC will assist in permitting with PG&E, SFPUC and BAAQMD, by preparing <br />technical information for pel1nit applications and assumes that City will complete the <br />permitting process. <br /> <br />RMC services do not include the following: <br />· Environmental documentation or permitting, though RMC can provide these <br />services, as required, as an optional task. <br />· Surveying or legal document preparation for any required land or easement <br />acquisition from SFPUC <br />. Preparation of any non-standard permitting form, clarification, report, etc., if <br />requested by the City or permitting agency. <br />· Permit application fees <br />
