<br />Deliverables: <br />· 100% Design Submittal- Six (6) copies <br />. Bid Document Submittal- One (1) full-size paper plan set and one (1) unbound <br />specification set (for reproduction). <br />· Bid document drawings in AutoCAD 2004 format and PDF, Specifications in MS <br />Word, and cost estimate and construction schedule in MS Excel <br /> <br />Task 6 - Bid Support and Construction Services <br /> <br />Subtask 6.1 - Bid Period Services <br />RMC will: <br />· Provide list of prospective bidders, information and responses during bid phase <br />· Attend and conduct one pre-bid meeting, respond to questions from prospective <br />bidders, and prepare addenda as required. <br />· Review bid summaries <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />Our level of effort is based on the following assumptions: <br />1. City prints and distributes bid documents, <br />2. City sends out addenda <br />3. City takes bidder questions <br /> <br />Subtask 6.2 - Construction Period Services <br />RMC will: <br />· Level of effort assumes the City will be the construction manager and provide on <br />sight inspection. <br />· Attend and conduct pre construction meeting and preliminary site visit. <br />Subconsultants are assumed to attend no more than one construction period <br />meeting. <br />· Review shop drawings and submittals (up to 15 assumed), change order requests <br />(up to 4 assumed), requests for information (RFI, up to 10 assumed) and provide <br />written recommendations to the City <br />· Change order assistance including preparation of drawings and specifications. We <br />assume that change order negotiation and execution will be accomplished by the <br />City. <br />· Prepare As-Built drawings based on construction field notes and limited field <br />review by RMC (one post-construction site visit assumed). As-builts provided on <br />4-mil polyester media (1 set) <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />· Bidder list, responses to bidders, addenda, preconstruction meeting agenda, <br />summary of bid review <br />. Comments/responses for submittals, shop drawings, RFls. <br />
