The effective date of the new rate will be July 1st
of each fiscal year, lasting until June 30th of the same fiscal year.
The total estimated value of the agreement is $281,100 (2,000 hours times 140.55 per
hour). The total annual estimated amount shall be paid on a monthly basis in finrelve (12)
equal installments of$23,425.
