<br />printers, etc. From time to time additional external contractors may be required, such as <br />for larger cabling or electrical work. RWC will find, coordinate, and schedule the efforts of <br />external contractors. For all emergency and non-emergency issues during normal business <br />hours, RWC will respond within four (4) hours, usually faster. RWC will respond with its <br />best effort for all emergencies during non-business hours. <br />10. On-site staffing: One full-time person will be identified and assigned to EPA on-site to <br />provide support and aid in special projects. EPA will not be charged for that person's staff <br />meeting time in Redwood City (four to six hours per month). EPA will not be charged for <br />that person's personal, sick, or holiday leave time, and will only be charged for training time <br />if the training is directed by EPA. That person's vacations will need to be approved by EPA <br />to assure their vacation has the least negative impact EPA operations. <br />A. EPA shall have the right to request the reassignment of personnel assigned to <br />them. RWC may,- no more than once a year - rotate assigned personnel in order <br />to cross train staff and to better provide backup for EPA operations. <br />B. EPA will provide an annual evaluation of RWC staff assigned to EPA. The <br />evaluation will serve to identify goals and objectives related to technology support. <br />The annual evaluation will be gauged solely on the duties perform by on-site <br />personal. <br />B. COMPENSA liON <br /> <br />1. EPA agrees to pay to RWC the full cost of providing technology services as shown in this <br />Exhibit A, as the same may be amended from time to time by written agreement between <br />the Parties. The following rate schedule applies during the first fiscal year of this agreement <br />(July 1, 2008 through June 30, 09): <br /> <br />. Normal Business hours: $127.71 per hour <br /> <br />. Non-business hours: $191.57 per hour <br /> <br />. Emergency Calls: $191.57 per hour with a minimum of one hour billed <br /> <br />2.
