<br />CGM:mf 10/27/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8999 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 2 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP <br />OF WOODLAND OFFICE PARK SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD <br />CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Woodland Office Park Subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br /> <br />Associates, Civil Engineers, for William W. Crowell and Elenore H. <br /> <br />Crowell, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined <br /> <br />by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the <br /> <br />tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the recordation of said final map by City, <br />the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall enter <br />into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for Woodland Office Park Subdivision," wherein the owners <br />or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said <br />map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all streets and <br />other improvements required of owners under the provisions <br />of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br />the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned <br />in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specification~ <br />for the improvement of Woodland Office Park Subdivision on file <br />in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the recordation of said final map by City, <br />the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and <br />file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in <br />a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owners or subdividers of all <br />work and the construction of all improvements designated <br />or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein <br />specified, the amount of said security to be Two Hundred <br />Fifty Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($250,000.00) and also <br />a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved <br />by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners <br />or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred <br />in the construction of any and all said improvements, and <br />the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by <br />the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said security <br />to be Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($250,000.00). <br /> <br />8999 <br /> <br />~" <br />
