That, prior to the recordation of said final map by City, <br />the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and <br />file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of <br />public liability and property damage insurance as required <br />by the above mentioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Woodland Office Park Subdivision," on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Woodland Office Park," and those certain specifications entitled, <br /> <br />"Redwood City Standard Specifications, August 1974," which plans <br /> <br />and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which the above mentioned improvements <br /> <br />shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Woodland Office Park Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />B 999 <br />
