The work will <br />focus on clarifying and preparing the policies necessary to guide future development and capital <br />improvements in the area. BDP will assist the City to assess Stanford plan options, CEQA-related <br />evaluations, and community input, and to recommend project design modifications and identify <br />precise plan policies, guidelines, and standards as appropriate. <br /> <br />Work Tasks <br /> <br />Proposed work tasks are described below. The work process includes eight (8) working meetings <br />with City staff and/or the Stanford Team; two (2) community workshop meetings; one (1) study <br />session with the Planning Commission and the Architectural Review Committee, and two (2) <br />public hearings. Estimated hours and costs for each task are provided on the attached <br />spreadsheet. <br /> <br />Task 1: Project Start-Up <br /> <br />1) Staff/Stanford Team Precise Plan Start-Up Meeting (#1) - Review project description and precise <br />plan work scope, work products, sequence, and schedule. Identify any recommended changes <br />to work products or process as needed. Assist Redwood City staff to identify issues related to the <br />initial development proposal and project description. <br /> <br />2) Review Initial Campus Plan Concepts, Related City Plans and Policies - Assist city staff to evaluate <br />plans and prepare summary outline of plan elements, issues, and concerns. An initial outline of <br />plan elements will be provided by the Stanford Team. <br /> <br />3) Prepare Base/Area Map, Existing General Plan and Zoning Maps - As needed for precise plan area. <br />It is assumed these maps will be based on aerial photo(s) and parcel maps provided by the city <br />in digital format. <br /> <br />Task 2: Community Meeting #1. Assist city staff and the Stanford team as needed with <br />preparation of meeting materials; attend meeting, participate in Q&A as needed. <br /> <br />BOTTOMLEY DESIGN &.
