<br />Task 3: Staff/Stanford Team Meeting (#2). Review comments and direction from Community <br />Meeting; discuss potential modifications to the development proposal and/or precise plan policy <br />framework. <br /> <br />Task 4: Staff Strategy Meeting (#3). Meet with City staff to review initial policy <br />recommendations for the campus area, and background and outreach approach for <br />incorporation of the Genentech and Stanford Medical Clinic properties. Prepare and/or modify <br />work materials as needed. <br /> <br />Task 5: Genentech and Stanford Medical Clinics Meetings (2). Assist staff to review issues, <br />process, pros and cons, and initial precise plan policy concepts related to the two properties. It is <br />assumed that one meeting with each property owner will be required. <br /> <br />Task 6: Initial Policy Recommendations. The following products will be prepared to establish <br />the initial policy framework for the precise plan: <br /> <br />1) Land Use & Urban Design Diagram - Plan diagram to illustrate recommended relationships of <br />proposed land use and development to adjacent streets, parcels, and notable community <br />features, as well as "on-site" relationships of buildings and open spaces. <br />2) Height, Setbacks Envelope Plan - Plan diagram to illustrate building height and setback policies. <br />3) Circulation and Parking Plan - Plan diagram to illustrate street-related improvements, <br />pedestrian and vehicular circulation, and general parking access point(s). <br />4) Streetscape and Frontage Improvements Plan - Plan diagram to illustrate basic street tree and <br />landscape recommendations for street frontages and major on-site open spaces; keyed to <br />sketch illustrations. <br />5) Policy Outline - Bullet list of precise plan development policies indicated on policy diagrams <br />1) though 4), above. <br /> <br />Task 7: Staff/Stanford Team Review Meeting (#3). Review initial policy recommendations; <br />note modifications. Review format for Community Meeting and PC/ARC study session. <br /> <br />Task 8: Modifications. Per staff/Stanford Team meeting <br /> <br />Task 9: Community Meeting #2. Assist city staff and the Stanford team as needed with <br />preparation of meeting materials, including policy diagrams, supporting photos, etc.; attend <br />meeting, participate in Q&A as needed. <br /> <br />Task 10: Attend PC / ARC Study Session. Assist staff to review basic content of Precise Plan <br />based on Community Meetings input and staff/Stanford Team discussions. Note community, <br />PC, ARC, and community comments and concerns. <br /> <br />Task 11: Staff/Stanford Team Meeting (#4). Review comments and direction from Commission <br />and ARC; discuss potential modifications to the development concepts and precise plan policies. <br />Ideally, initial findings of CEQA-related analysis will be completed by this point in the process, <br />and can be reviewed prior to preparation of the administrative draft precise plan. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
