SWC:djg-c 9/24/81 AGREEMENT FOR THE FURNISHING OF CAr.1ERA PROCESSING SYSTEM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City", and ITEK GRAPHIC PRODUCTS, Burlingame, California, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agrees as follows: 1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish to City the following described material and shall complete delivery of said material F.O.B. Redwood City within 30 days from the date of execution hereof, all in strict accordance with the contract documents made therefor and on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City, which contract documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if fully set forth herein: ITEK 530 Graphic System 2. City shall pay to Contractor as full consideration for such material, upon acceptance thereof by City, the total amount of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Five and No/IOO Dollars ($16,505.00) in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated September 21, 1981, which proposal and its accompanying literature are hereby referred to and incorporated herein, said payment to be made within thirty (30) days after final acceptance of the above described material by City. 3. At the expiration of the six month warranty period, for the above described equipment, Contractor shall provice maintenance for said equipment at a cost to City of $1,325.00 per year.
