With respect to the Majority Vote Amendment, City Council <br />shall submit an argument in favor of the measure and submit or authorize any <br />other person to submit a rebuttal argument to any argument against the <br />measure. (Elec. Code, ~~ 9282, 9285.) <br /> <br />SECTION 7. That the ballots to be used at the election shall be in form <br />and content as required by law. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. That in all particulars, not recited in this resolution, the <br />election shall be held and conducted as provided by law for holding municipal <br />elections. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. That notice of the time and place of holding the election i.s <br />given and the City Clerk is authorized, instructed and directed to give further or <br />additional notice of the election, in time, form and manner as required by law. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to do all things <br />necessary and proper to implement the provisions of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a certified copy <br />of this Resolution to the County Clerk of San Mateo County. <br /> <br />SECTON 12.
