<br />CGM:mf 7/8/81 <br /> <br />A G R E E MEN T <br /> <br />for the <br /> <br />FURNISHING OF POOL COVER <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and LIBERTY <br /> <br />ENTERPRISES, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," for the <br /> <br />consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed <br /> <br />for the furnishing (including all installation) to City for a <br /> <br />Pool Cover and shall complete the delivery and installation of <br /> <br />such equipment in accordance with bidder's proposal on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for <br /> <br />the furnishing (including installation) of such equipment, upon <br /> <br />acceptance thereof by City, the total amount of Seven Thousand <br /> <br />Nine Hundred Ninety-five and Fifty/lOO Dollars ($7,995:50), in <br /> <br />accordance with Contractor's proposal, which proposal is hereby <br /> <br />referred to and incorporated herein, such payment to be made <br /> <br />within 30 days after acceptance of the Pool Cover as installed <br /> <br />or receipt of invoice, whichever is later, in the event the <br /> <br />equipment is approved by City. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this <br /> <br />agreement this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1981. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />a municipal corporation <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />LIBERTY ENTERPRISES <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />(Title) <br />
