Recognition of Partners and Participants in Redwood City's Green Community <br />Efforts - Beth Ross, Environmental Initiatives Manager. <br /> <br />D. Presentation: Status Update from Pilot Community Tree Board - Frank <br />Schwartz, Chair, Pilot Community Tree Board. <br /> <br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City <br />Council/Redevelopment Agency Board and will be enacted by one motion and one <br />vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be all as <br />determined by the Mayor/Chair. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent <br />Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the Council Assistant. <br /> <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A. Acceptance of grant deeds offered by Keech Properties, LLC, for The Preserve at <br />Redwood Shores. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Jon K. Lynch, PE, City Engineer 780-7371 jlynch@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, direct the City Clerk 1) to accept, on behalf of the City, the grant deed <br />for the parcels listed below as offered by Keech Properties, LLC, and 2) to record <br />the grant deed and certificate of acceptance with the County of San Mateo. <br />. Lots 5 and 6 of The Preserve at Redwood Shores (two land parcels), and <br />. Lot 7 of The Preserve at Redwood Shores (one water way parcel). <br /> <br />B.
