Print a hardcopy plot of each file in 11"x 17" size and check against the original <br />hardcopy as-built set to assure the conversion process was complete. <br />. Provide three sets of 11 "x17" hardcopy prints of complete As-built Plans, one each for <br />Caltrans, City of Redwood City, and City of Belmont. <br />. Submit one complete set of Microstation format electronic files to Caltrans for their <br />archives. <br /> <br />The estimated budget for this work is $44,136. <br /> <br />WORK NOT INCLUDED IN THESE SERVICES <br /> <br />The following work is NOT included in this proposal: <br /> <br />. Conversion of all CAD drafting data to the Microstation drafting standards required <br />for Caltrans internally administered construction projects. <br />. Out-of-the-ordinary or non-standard requirements from Caltrans regarding the <br />provision of Microstation as-built files for encroachment permit projects. <br />. Providing more than three original 11"x 17" hardcopy sets of as-built plans. <br />. Providing any full size (22"x34") hardcopy sets of as-built plans. <br /> <br />This work would be performed and billed on a time and materials basis based on actual hours <br />worked to complete the tasks requested. Billing rates for this work would be per the attached <br />MTCo Charge Rate Schedule. Total fees billed would not exceed $58,660 without prior written <br />authorization. The attached Fee Estimate spreadsheet provides an example of how time might <br />be spent on this work. <br /> <br />Invoices will be submitted per contract agreement and we will expect to be paid within 30 days. <br />This proposal assumes there would be no retention of our fee. <br /> <br />We appreciate your interest in having us perform these services and look forward to working <br />with you on this project.
