Actively manage the as-built incorporation and Microstation conversion process to <br />assure a quality product is produced. <br />. Coordinate with the city staff and complete contract processing. <br />. Perform quality control check on final product prior to submittal to Caltrans. <br /> <br />The estimated budget for this work is $2,304. <br /> <br />2) Coordinate with Subconsultants <br /> <br />. Contact sub consultants to coordinate as-built changes and obtain their final electronic <br />CAD files. <br />. Coordinate with subconsultants if there are problems with conversion of some of their <br />files to Microstation. <br />. A budget of up to $6,000 is included for direct work by the various subconsultants that <br />might be required as part of the process. The following sub consultants provided <br />portions ofthe plans directly to MTCo for inclusion in the final contract documents: <br />Fehr & Peers (electrical plans) <br />Kennedy-Jenks Consultants (sewer and water line relocation plans) <br />Sugimura & Associates (plant and irrigation removal plans) <br />Parikh Consultants (log-of-test-borings plans <br /> <br />The estimated budget for this work is $8,048. <br /> <br />3) Incorporate As-built Markups into CADD files <br /> <br />. Draft hand marked as-built changes from As-built Plan set received from Harris & <br />Associates into the original AutoCAD files. <br />. Approximately 32 plan sheets have hand marked changes. <br /> <br />The estimated budget for this work is $4,174. <br /> <br />4) Convert AutoCAD Plans to Microstation format <br /> <br />. Convert all final as-built plan sheets from AutoCAD to Microstation format. <br />. Clean up reformatted files to closely emulate the original AutoCAD hardcopy prints. <br />. Place "As-built Plan/Construction Completed (date) "stamp in each plan sheet with <br />completion date as agreed upon between the city and Caltrans. <br />. Place all as-built change information on Microstation Level 62 in accordance with <br />Caltrans requirements. <br />
